As you have probably guessed already from the title I will be talking about sports and how to stay STRONGER. I have always been fascinated by strong women and I believe being strong is one of the best features a woman can have!

I am certainly not crazy about sports and I absolutely hate running, however, it is super important for me to be in a good physical shape which means that I spend significant time in the gym. I observe training as part of my healthy lifestyle, which helps me maintain balance in my busy daily routine. In addition, I believe that being in a good shape makes you feel not only more confident but also more productive which is certainly the key to success.

My routine varies, but what I always try to do is to go to the gym at least 4 times per week. I do not like spending hours on training, so what I do is a short cardio session, usually 20-30 min and exercises/weights for another 30 min. What I do every training is 4 sessions of 25 repetitions of abs exercises. I try to do 4 different types of exercises so that I can train all my stomach muscles equally. Also, I always

do 3 sessions of 25 repetitions for arms exercises and around 5-6 sessions for legs. One of my fav legs exercises are squats, side planks and leg bridge.

In the winter I do all my training in the gym, but when the weather is good I try to spend more time outside, meaning that I do more jogging and swimming. I also love biking, so I try to do that as often as possible.

As with everything else in fashion, I love gym wear too! However, it is much harder to find unique designs in sportswear than

in any other type of garments. That´s why this week I am sharing with you not only my training routine but also my new sportswear discovery – STRONGER.

Stornger is a Swedish brand that designs workout clothes for women. Each of their designs is inspired by the nature and colors that give us energy and strength. What I love about stronger so much is their colourful and stylish designs, which not only look good but are also super comfortable to train with!

The set which is featured in this post is Pompeii, the design of which was inspired by the ancient city of Pompaii. Struck by the unpredictable forces of nature, the city of Pompeii laid buried in ashes for over sixteen centuries. The ruins of the city serve as a reminder to respectfully heed the calls of Mother Nature.

I hope you enjoy stronger designs as much as I do and remember:

If you are the strongest version of yourself in every facet of your life, you will look as beautiful as you feel.
