Another place where we stayed during London Fashion Week was at one of Saco Apartments buildings.
We chose the Saco at Cannon as it is located in another of my fav parts of London. When I was fully based in London, I was living close to the Cannon street area and for me, it feels like home.
What I love about the area is that it is still very central, but less crowded than Mayfair. Especially when we talk about the weekend, as it is mainly an office area and it is completely quite on a weekend.
The apartments are right by St Paul´s Caterdal which is one of the must-see historical sites in London!
I loved my stay at Saco the Cannon, not only because of the great location but also because of the great conditions in the flats. I stayed in a one bedroom flat, which had a living room with beautiful forest wallpaper! The fact that it was a flat with all this equipment made me feel completely like home! You can make a nice dinner and watch tv after being all day out, just like you would do at home!
The aparthotel also had a very nice chill out area, where you can read one of the books/magazines from the Saco library or have a coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine! There is also a backyard with a couple of tables for whoever wants to stay out for a bit! When I was visiting the weather in London was beautiful, so having this outdoor space was really great!
There is also a gym at the property, which is extremely helpful for someone who travels a lot like me and trains regularly. The staff were also extremely nice, which added to the good experience during my stay and to add on the property has a 24h reception.
At Saco the Cannon, there are 77 studio and one bedroom serviced apartments offering an urban retreat in the heart of The City. You can see below pics from my stay and how nice the design at Saco is.
