Healthy Breakfast

I was recently asked for my breakfast on my Instagram account, so as promised I am posting all the details on the blog.

I love having healthy meals and I believe there is no better way to start your day than to have a nice healthy breakfast. My personal favourite at the moment is a combination of fruits, soya yogurt and oats. It is quick and easy to make and it is also very tasty.

The products I use are:


  1. Alpro Simply Plain Yogurt, but you can also use Alpro Vanilla Yogurt or any other flavours.

2. Fruits – I usually use strawberries and blueberries, but all types of berries would work perfectly for this recipe.

3. Oats – I use multiseed granola, as it is high in fibre and vitamin E.

4. Honey – if the yogurt is not sweet enough for you, you can add a teaspoon of pure honey.

Mix all the ingredients and leave for 10 minutes, so the oats can become soft and easy to digest. Enjoy!
