I have always been a huge fan of Carrie Bradshaw, not only because of her incredible style, but also because of her personality. She is truly unique and always finds her way to stand out of the crowd.
Carrie always knows what wear and how to combine stuff no one else has thought of wearing together…
So I used some of her fashion ideas as an inspiration for my latest look!
I went for a pink tutu dress (so Carrie Bradshaw) and combined it with matching pink heels. What I love about a tutu dress is the super special feeling it gives you.. No matter where you are headed to, you feel really feminine and will most certainly attract the attention..
To make the look a bit more extravagant I wore it with a sky blue handbag! The colour really stands out from the pink, but it’s still in a similar tone so it matches nicely.
What I also love about this dress is the V-neck! It is not as extreme as the one from my previous look, but it gives the dress the kind of sexiness which is often missed out on other tutu dresses.
People often ask who I dress up for when I go out.. It is really simple – first and foremost for myself! I am a strong believe that you need to love the way you look before anyone else can do.. As Carrie says: ”Don’t forget to fall in love with yourself first”!
