Stop. Drop. And Explore!

I know that travelling might be the last thing on some people’s mind, or the only thing on people’s mind. Depending on how much you love to travel and how you feel about the pandemic, going abroad is either going to be on your to do list at some point before the year is over, or it might be something you’re thinking about planning for next year. Some would say that those who decide to book a holiday now are only playing with fire, but we think more than ever, now is a good time to think about where you might want to go. Don’t you feel like you need some positivity in your life and something to look forward to?! So, we’re going to show you how to stop and take the time to book a holiday, drop your bags off, and go exploring! Keep on reading to find out more.

Stop!! Where Is Safe To Book?

So, like we said, you might think of travelling as being out of the question, but there are so many places that you can visit that have low cases of covid, making your chances of catching it very slim. For example, Italy was once the epicentre of the outbreak along with China, but now both have super low cases, especially in specific areas. If you were to go to Rome you’d find the cases to be so low, and life to be pretty much back to normal. There are also other European countries that are fine to travel to, such as Lithuania, Thailand has always remained low with its cases despite the worry, Bali is good to go to. The world is not completely shut off, you just have to take the risk and board that plane! If you do some research about the places around the world with low cases you’ll no doubt find somewhere that you want to go!

What To Do When You Get There

We know that you might be a little bit on edge when you get there, but try and treat the holiday as normal as possible. We don’t want this virus to completely take over our lives! If you’re going to a city break and can’t check into your hotel until later on that day, you can find luggage storage to set your items down until you need to go back and get them. It just means you’re not wasting part of your day carrying everything around! We’d recommend planning everything that you want to do before you get there so that you can do everything that you want to do, and make sure that you can actually still do them.

Staying Safe & Exploring

Finally, make sure that you stay safe by always washing your hands, avoiding completely crowded places, and following the rules of the location that you go to. It doesn’t mean you can’t explore the place, it just means you have to take some extra precautions to keep yourself safe no matter where you go!
